When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the details of what you ordered.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address.

If you submit a question through our community Q&A, we collect whatever name and question text you provide.

We never see or store your credit card number. All payments are processed by Stripe on their secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.

For subscription orders, Stripe gives us a token (a random ID) that lets us charge your saved card for renewals. That token cannot be used to view your card details.

To process and ship your orders, and to send you order confirmations and shipping notifications.

To send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime).

To answer questions you submit through the site.

We never sell your information to anyone.

Only the Wagyu Wellness Co. team has access to your order and subscription info.

Stripe handles your card data under their own privacy and security policies.

Gmail processes the confirmation and newsletter emails we send.

We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business (taxes, support, renewals).

Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.

You can ask us to delete your subscriber or question data by emailing wagyuwellnessco@gmail.com.

Order records are kept for business and tax purposes and cannot be deleted, but we will correct any mistakes if you let us know.
